• Representing clients in high-stakes litigation matters, managing cases from strategy development to trial advocacy.
• Overseeing all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and court appearances.
• Developing and executing innovative case strategies while providing actionable, client-focused legal advice.
• Drafting compelling briefs, pleadings, and motions supported by thorough legal research.
• Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled litigator who brings both legal expertise and a client-focused approach to advocacy.

• Active Virginia State Bar license (required).
• Minimum of 10 years of civil litigation experience, including bench and jury trials.
